Lewitt Hackman’s Environmental Practice Group has a broad range of expertise in both federal and California environmental law.

We provide counsel and litigation services to multi-national companies, businesses and property owners regarding their rights and obligations concerning the generation, handling and disposal of hazardous substances and wastes.

Our Environmental Lawyers also advise clients with respect to their disclosure obligations under such laws as “Proposition 65” and concerning asbestos. We have substantial experience with respect to “Superfund”, “Brownfields” and other contaminated site clean-up, as well as with the removal of underground storage tanks and the clean up of associated contamination.
