Yining Song

Yining Song is an Associate in our Corporate, Tax, and Trust & Estate Planning Practice Groups, representing businesses and individuals, as well as family estates.

Yining’s practice includes a broad range of corporate law, estate and income tax planning, trusts and estates administration, family and closely-held business planning, charitable planning, and tax-exempt organizations.

Prior to joining Lewitt Hackman, Ms. Song worked in the Los Angeles office of a big four accounting firm where she managed a global team of tax compliance professionals. She also participated in client projects that were advising on tax mitigation strategies and optimal tax structures for Fortune 500 companies and high net worth individuals.

Ms. Song earned a Bachelor of Law degree from Jilin University of Finance and Economics. She then worked at one of the largest banks in China before coming to the United States to earn her law degree with an emphasis in corporate and tax law. Ms. Song also holds an LL.M. in Tax Law from Loyola Law School’s tax program.

Ms. Song is licensed to practice in California.
