Tal Burnovski Yeyni is a Shareholder in our Employment Practice Group.
Ms. Yeyni earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law, where her primary concentration of study centered on labor and employment law. She earned her initial law degree (LL.B.) from Bar Ilan University School of Law in Israel.
She exclusively represents employers and focuses her practice on reducing the risk of employee claims (wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, etc.) This includes:

Ms. Yeyni gained her experience in labor and employment litigation and negotiation in one of Israel’s leading labor and employment law firms, where she composed legal memoranda as well as employment contracts. She also served as an intern at a Tel Aviv boutique firm that specialized in venture capital, tax, private equity mergers and acquisitions and project finance matters, where Ms. Yeyni worked on employment matters.
Previous experience with a non-profit that focused on employee rights provides Ms. Yeyni a unique perspective, particularly in defending employee claims.
