Nicholas J. Vitale

Nick Vitale is an Associate in our Corporate, and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups.

Mr. Vitale works with clients to form corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. He also assists clients with respect to the purchase and sale of their businesses, including the preparation, evaluation and negotiation of asset purchase agreement, stock purchase agreements, disclosure schedules and the ancillary documents related thereto. Mr. Vitale also reviews and drafts a multitude of agreements, including buy-sell agreements, leases, executive employment agreements, distribution agreements, loan documents and purchase agreements.

Mr. Vitale earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Capital University in Ohio, where he earned a double major in Marketing and Financial Economics.

Before joining Lewitt Hackman, Mr. Vitale worked for an entertainment management firm where he reviewed above-the-line contracts for actors and writers, distribution agreements, and recording agreements. He also drafted formation documents for clients to form various business entities and ensured compliance with government agencies.

Mr. Vitale is licensed to practice in California.
