Joshua S. Stein

Joshua Steven Stein is an Associate in our Employment Practice Group, representing employers and management.

Mr. Stein earned his Juris Doctor and graduated magna cum laude at Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Stein won a dozen CALI Awards, including those in Civil Procedure, California Evidence, Negotiations, and Remedies, among others. He also earned a full merit scholarship, graduated in the top three percent of his class, and served as a Board Member for the Jewish Law Society.

Before attending Chapman University, Mr. Stein graduated with Honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Minor in Jewish Studies from California State University, Northridge, made the Dean's list many times, and was a member of the Honors Society and the Pre-Law Society.

Previously, Mr. Stein worked as a law clerk before becoming licensed as an attorney. He worked extensively in litigation, particularly in employment-related matters and gained an extensive amount of experience. Mr. Stein has over a decade of legal experience in different roles throughout the legal profession.

Mr. Stein is admitted to practice in all California courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
