  • Ian (Aspen) Ferber-Paxson is an Associate attorney in our Employment Practice Group.

    Mr. Ferber-Paxson earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, earning First Honors and recognition in multiple concentrations. While attending Loyola, Mr. Ferber-Paxson represented clients in matters before the California Labor Commissioner. He also worked as a research assistant studying COVID-19 policy initiatives and how those initiatives impacted the legal industry.

    Mr. Ferber-Paxson attended the University of California, Irvine, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and repeatedly made the Dean’s Honor List.

    Previously, Mr. Ferber-Paxson worked as an Associate at an Orange County employment law firm focusing on the Fair Employment and Housing Act harassment, discrimination, and other employment law matters.

    Mr. Ferber-Paxson is licensed to practice in California.
