Franchise Attorney Credentials

Nearly half of our franchise lawyers are State Bar of California Certified Specialists in Franchise & Distribution Law, as designated by the bar’s Board of Legal Specialization. Currently, there are less that 50 franchise specialists in the state. Our certified specialists also have experience in areas related to franchise, including: trademark registration and enforcement, litigation, real estate, and mergers & acquisitions.

Our experienced attorneys provided expert testimony in franchise litigation; or are frequent speakers and authors on intellectual property, distribution and franchise law topics. They publish articles in franchise journals, wrote books, or are quoted in a variety of legal publications.
